What is the return policy?

If you are not happy with your online order for any reason, you are more than welcome to an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund on full-price items, providing the goods have not been worn or used and are sent back to us with all tags in place within 14 days of receiving it. 

lease note that orders sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted and returned to the sender.
